Business Development Manager

, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth by building strategic relationships with healthcare decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined territory: Identify, prospect, and onboard hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and enterprise healthcare groups.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: From lead generation and solution demonstrations to proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline: Maintain accurate data in CRM systems to achieve and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, clinical, and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions and seamless customer onboarding.
  • Build long-term partnerships: Engage with key stakeholders such as CMOs, Heads of IT, procurement teams, and hospital administrators to secure renewals and long-term contracts.
  • Provide market insights: Track competitor activity, analyze trends, and share actionable feedback to enhance go-to-market strategies.

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in consultative or B2B solution selling (preferably in healthcare or medical devices).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS or HealthTech sales processes.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management, key account handling, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
