We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our franchise development efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in sales, and a passion for building relationships with potential franchisees. Only an Ed Tech experience candidate can apply 1 or 4 years of experience in the Ed Tech field can apply Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore (other state candidate kindly ignore) Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential franchise leads to expand our franchise network. Conduct outbound calls and meetings to introduce franchise opportunities and build relationships. Provide detailed information about franchise offerings, benefits, and processes. Address inquiries and concerns from potential franchisees effectively. Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for franchise recruitment. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in franchise development. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
