This is a work-from-office role where you will engage with customers online and drive sales through digital platforms. Job Role: As a Business Development Manager , you will connect with potential customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media , helping them understand our modular solutions and converting inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via online channels. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable modular solutions. Follow up with leads and nurture them until closure. Maintain a strong relationship with potential and existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online sales strategies. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/software. What Were Looking For: Freshers or candidates experience in online sales/business development . Excellent communication skills (English & regional language preferred). Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality. Comfortable with calling, chatting, and engaging customers online . Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or sales software is a plus. Passion for sales and customer interaction. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
