Position Overview

Business Development Manager

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, driving revenue, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across India and international markets.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, B2B platforms (Clutch, Upwork, GoodFirms, etc.), networking events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for AR/VR, Digital Twin, AI, ERP, App Development, and Game Development services.
  • Create proposals, pitch decks, and present solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat and cross-sales.
  • Understand clients’ technical and business needs to provide accurate solution recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for scoping, pricing, and delivery alignment.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Identify new business verticals and service expansion opportunities.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team to refine service offerings.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing to run campaigns, content pushes, and brand visibility drives.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and weekly/monthly business reports.
  • Assist in building partner networks, reseller programs, and channel alliances.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in IT business development or technical sales

    (preferably in AR/VR, AI, ERP, or software development).
  • Strong understanding of technology services such as:
  1. AR/VR, Mixed Reality
  2. Digital Twin, 3D/Performance Twin
  3. Conversational AI, Chatbots
  4. Generative AI, Audio/Video AI
  5. ERP solutions
  6. Mobile App Development
  7. Game Development

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to meet sales targets and manage global clients.

Experience working with CRM tools, proposal-building tools, and online lead-gen platforms.
