Role & responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building with clients. Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to pitch products/services to potential clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Preferred candidate profile 0-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field (freshers welcome). Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A/B.B.A/B.M.S). Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving sales goals.
