Our state-of-the-art Creative Development Centre is located in Chandigarh, India, staffed by a team of skilled video designers, 3D artists, content writers, project managers, and technology developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and pitch to real estate developers, builders, and agencies.
• Promote and sell NS Ventures’ content, PropTech, and digital marketing solutions.
• Generate and manage leads through industry networks and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal creative, tech, and project management teams for seamless delivery.
• Track market trends, competitors, and client requirements to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for business growth.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Real Estate Domain.
• Strong network and connections within the real estate ecosystem.
• Proven experience in selling marketing, media, or tech-based solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of meeting targets.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
