We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our digital growth and market presence. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Navigator to identify, connect with, and build relationships with potential clients. Leverage LinkedIn to research prospects, analyze opportunities, and generate quality leads. Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email marketing strategies to engage potential clients and drive conversions. Manage and monitor email campaigns, ensuring high engagement and response rates. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue business opportunities in the digital marketing domain. Build a robust pipeline, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets. AI-Driven Strategies: Use AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, and others to enhance outreach strategies and client interactions. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into business development practices. Cold Calling: Cold call, engage prospects, and seal the deal! Identify and reach out to potential clients, engage prospects, understand their needs, and present solutions, Convert leads into long-term clients with persuasive sales tactics. Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the digital marketing and strategy teams to align client needs with agency offerings. Develop customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track progress, analyze results, and suggest improvements. Requirements Experience & Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Navigator with extensive LinkedIn knowledge. Hands-on experience in email marketing and lead nurturing. Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies. Familiarity with AI tools like Chat GPT, Gemini, and similar technologies, with the ability to adapt and leverage new AI-driven solutions effectively. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Highly creative with a knack for innovative problem-solving. Familiar with tools like Apollo, Lusha, and other similar platforms; experience with additional tools is a plus. Qualifications: A bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2-4 Years of experience in business development.
