Experience

Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in B2B industry preferably in Packaging material.
Should have experience of developing & Managing large customer base in given market.
Should have exposure to PAN India customer base, preferably in B2B segment.
Export sales experience is plus.
Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office package and IT literate
Basic Business acumen.

Duties & Responsibility -

• Developing & Managing relationships with key stake holders in the selected clients.

Exponentially Increasing client base in above industries.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition in B2B industry, preferably in packaging related field.
Writing business proposals for all the newly developed customers.
Negotiating with stakeholders
Establish relationship with end customer
Setting up targets for business development people
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs by identifying new markets, assessing customer requirements, engaging with customers, forecasting business; driving targeted market share
Researching business opportunities for company products in the above markets.
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
H stablishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
