Role & responsibilities : Job Description: Business Development Manager Neuberg Diagnostics Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Neuberg Diagnostics. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, corporate clients, and other healthcare stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction. Drive B2B partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and government collaborations for business expansion. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report key insights to management. Preferred candidate profile : Experience & Industry Knowledge: 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the diagnostics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of diagnostic services, pathology, radiology, and laboratory testing solutions .
