Brief Of the Role

1. Generate primary and secondary sales for Mosil's specialty Products within the assigned territory (Gurgaon & NCR).

2. Identify, develop, and manage key accounts across Auto, Auto Components, OEMs, PSUs, and Plastic industries.

3.Conduct detailed application studies at customer plants to understand lubrication needs and recommend appropriate Mosil products.

4.Plan and execute product demonstrations, technical seminars, and joint customer visits with business partners.

5.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Maintenance, Production, Purchase) at all levels.

6.Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and technical discussion to commercial negotiation and deal closure.

7.Provide consistent market intelligence and feedback on competitor activities to the management.

8. Candidate can handle existing customers and business partners

Industry Experience :

The candidate must have a proven track record of selling directly to the following industrial sectors:

1. Automotive & Auto Component Manufacturing: (e.g., Engine, Transmission, Axle manufacturers; Forging, Stamping, Machining units)

2. Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs): Capital machinery manufacturers for various industries.

3. Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs): Large government-owned industrial units.

4. Plastic Processing Industry: (e.g., Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Extrusion plants)
