Business Development Manager

Infrastructure Sector is one of the focus sectors for Meinhardt and our current portfolio of projects is mix of government and private clients

Candidate will have opportunity to work on tendering/proposal preparation for, both, Government as well as Private Sector Bids/Opportunities.

• To study, review RFQ / Enquiry document and understand the requirement techno-commercially
• Preparation of Executive Summary along with Risk Matrix.
• Preparation of Technical and Financial Proposal.
• Map & Develop New Clients.
• Interact with Potential and Existing Clients.
• End to End Bid Assurance and Delivery.
• Preparing Budgetary and firm bids, cost calculations, time schedule along with other bid documents as per the need for customers after evaluation of Enquiry
• Evaluate and analyze win/lost orders and prepare necessary MIS, Prepare quality objective data on monthly basis.
• Competitor Information analysis
• Coordinate Various Internal Department for collecting and compiling information.
• Creating different presentations.
• Understand and Summarise Contracts.
• Proactively initiate and engage new prospects.
• Protects the organisation's value by keeping information confidential.
• Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
• Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies for new business
• Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs.
• Accomplishes the meeting of business development targets
• Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
• Build referral and lead generation networks.
• Maintain Event Register for Existing Contracts in coordination with the project team.
• Consult or Discuss with Clients as & when it is required

Functional

• Should have worked with Engineering Consultancy Firm
• Should have full understanding of Tendering and Proposal requirements for Indian Government and Infrastructure Sector Business.
• Should be able to lead the team.
• Should have necessary experience in client facing roles
• Must have good command in creating Business Cases, Capability Presentation (Power Point)

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in engineering

Years of experience : 5 to 7 years
