Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives. 2. Provide visionary leadership to the sales team and establish clear performance goals. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, distributors, and strategic partners. 4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the Bio-Agri products sector. 5. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape. 7. Provide valuable input to enhance product offerings based on market feedback. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and benefits. Fluency in English & Hindi is must. Proven experience in B2B sales within the bio-agricultural or agribusiness sector Demonstrated the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
