Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive

    new client acquisition

    by engaging with decision-makers such as CHROs, CXOs, and TA Heads.
  • Achieve defined

    sales revenue and gross profit (GP) targets

    consistently.
  • Build strong,

    trust-based relationships

    with key clients to ensure long-term business engagement.
  • Deeply understand client needs and partner with

    internal hiring teams

    to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Manage and move

    sales leads through the full cycle

    from prospecting to closure.
  • Create

    strategic hiring plans

    for clients to improve closure rates and value delivery.
  • Articulate the business value

    of staffing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Ensure

    timely follow-up

    and adherence to internal and external timelines for business closures.
  • Proactively track performance metrics, market opportunities, and competitor activity.
