The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development with a hands-on experience of managing a team. You must have excellent communication skills and a knack at negotiation. Experience - 2 to 5 years Roles and Responsibilities Generate business through all modes of business development - emails, calls etc. Maintaining customer relationships to generate regular business from clients. Meeting revenue targets with the team. Mentoring sales team to meet overall team results. Preparing sales reports Desired Candidate Profile Proven working track record in B2B sales / business development Proven track record of meeting revenue targets Experience in ECOM / IT sales would be a plus Strong negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office Good spoken and written English skills Business Development Executive Job Description- We are looking for an energetic candidate with a strong interest in sales and business development.
