Business Development professional from Executive to Head level

Reporting To:

Key Responsibilities

Analyze human capital trends and provide strategic recommendations

Engage with HR Heads, CEOs, CXOs & Founders to open new opportunities

Build partnerships with sectoral companies & drive revenue growth

Foster client relationships ensuring high satisfaction

Explore new marketing ideas through field visits

Manage data insights & reporting

Guide & mentor trainees when required

Requirements

Minimum Bachelors degree (Management preferred)

2+ years of BD/Corporate Sales experience (HR domain preferred)

Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities

Personal laptop, mobile & Wi-Fi connectivity mandatory
