Job Description

,Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition. Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers by leveraging cold calling, networking, and market research skills. Manage sales funnels from lead generation to closure, ensuring efficient pipeline management and practical lead qualification. Build strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell services and expand the company's presence in the industry. Negotiate and close contracts with business partners, ensuring terms are beneficial for both parties. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. One needs to travel and meet with potential clients to persuade them and generate business. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to provide insights and drive business growth. Educate clients about the product range, features and solutions to boost sales, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met. Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
