Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing long-term relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing business prospects, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
• Previous experience in the legal or technology sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
