Business Development Manager – International Marketing

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new international markets (ROW, Africa, ASEAN, LATAM, CIS, etc.) for pharmaceutical exports. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and regulatory bodies. Coordinate with internal departments (Regulatory, Production, QA, Logistics) to ensure timely product development and shipments. Participate in international exhibitions, virtual meetings, and business trips to promote company products. Handle product registration requirements and support dossier submissions in coordination with RA team. Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, competitor activity, and potential customers. Drive sales targets and ensure profitability in assigned regions. Required Skills: Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical markets and regulatory landscapes. Proven experience in generating business leads and closing export deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving approach. Ability to travel internationally as required.
