We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in the IT/Technology sector. This senior/lead role involves building and managing a team over time and contributing to the top management team. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience, a robust network of contacts in US businesses, and a proven track record in business development. The role will require working late hours to align with US business hours for meetings and presentations. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Sales: Source potential customers from LinkedIn and other platforms. Promote the companys products or services to prospective clients. Manage and coordinate the sales process for international clients, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Conduct high-level industry research to create effective sales solutions. Keep up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities. Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, particularly in the US market. Presentation and Communication: Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Utilize existing relationships and leverage your network to attract new business opportunities. Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a business development team over time. Collaborate with the top management team to align business development strategies with company goals. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of experience in business development, particularly within the IT/Technology industry. Proven track record of sales growth and successful business development strategies. Strong understanding of global business practices and international market dynamics. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
