We are looking for a persuasive and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and position Digital Adarsh as a leader in the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, influencer marketing, and business development, with a strong network in the B2C marketing space, particularly with e-commerce platforms, agencies, and brands.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills who can sell influencer collaborations, secure new business deals, and manage key client accounts effectively.
🔹 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Set up meetings with key decision-makers to present tailored proposals and address concerns.
Develop deep connections with brands, agencies, and businesses investing in B2C influencer marketing.
🔹 Sales & Business Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth for our influencer marketing platform.
Identify opportunities in e-commerce, live commerce, electronics, and consumer brands to expand our business reach.
Prepare and negotiate business proposals that align with client needs and Digital Adarsh’s vision.
🔹 Collaboration & Execution:
Work closely with the Talent Management team to align deals with influencers' interests and capabilities.
Partner with internal marketing, creative, and analytics teams to deliver successful influencer campaigns.
Ensure seamless execution of campaigns while optimizing revenue flow with timely payments and collections.
🔹 Performance Tracking & Market Research:
Monitor and report business development progress through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging influencer platforms, and competitors' strategies to inform decision-making.
✔ Experience: 2-7 years in sales, business development, or influencer marketing.
✔ Industry Connections: Established relationships in B2C marketing industries & agencies.
✔ Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade, build rapport, and close deals.
✔ Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies for influencer collaborations.
✔ Independent & Collaborative: Can thrive independently while working seamlessly with teams.
✔ Passion for Influencer Marketing: Deep understanding of influencer landscape and how brands leverage it.
