Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales & revenue generation: Convert warm and cold leads into paid enrollments through consultative selling Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Team leadership & coordination: Monitor the daily sales performance of 3–5 sales executives Conduct regular check-ins, motivate underperformers, and share winning strategies Help the team with tough follow-ups and pitch closures when needed CRM & reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in the CRM Track team metrics like attempted calls, connected calls, and paid leads Prepare daily/weekly revenue and performance reports for management Process improvement: Share on-ground insights with management for lead quality, pitch effectiveness, and objection handling Contribute to developing scripts, rebuttals, and sales SOPs Requirements Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) 0-1 years in inside sales or B2C EdTech sales (with team exposure) Proven ability to hit revenue targets and drive team performance Excellent communication, objection handling, and closing skills Strong coordination, leadership, and ownership mindset About Company: Our team at 'My Equation' is a tightly knit group of passionate individuals with a shared objective of achieving consistently excellent results as well as having fun in the process, welcoming, and growing.
