Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies to capture market opportunities. The role involves regular visits to clients and potential clients to present the company's orthopedic implants and instruments. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will prepare sales reports, monitor market trends, and participate in product training sessions to stay updated on the company's offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Business Development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proficient in market research and competitor analysis Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area Show more Show less
