Business Development Manager Halt Sports Injuries

Job Summary

Ortho-One seeks an experienced, dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to promote and drive business growth for Halt Sports Injuries (HSI). The candidate will be responsible for expanding brand presence, establishing tie-ups with sports academies, enabling medical tourism partnerships, and executing national and international business initiatives. This role demands strong networking capabilities, a proactive approach, and the ability to convert leads into long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• HSI Promotion & Branding: Promote Halt Sports Injuries services across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility.
• Academy & MoU Tie-Ups: Identify, approach, and onboard sports academies for long-term partnerships. Facilitate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with academic institutions for collaborative programs.
• PAN India & International Business Expansion: Drive business development across India and global markets. Build strategic partnerships with organizations and institutions, including initiatives related to medical tourism.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate high-quality leads through sports academies and related channels; convert leads into closures and contracts.
• CSR Fundraising & Government Proposals: Identify and pursue corporate social responsibility (CSR) opportunities and apply for relevant government proposals to support HSI initiatives.
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with partners, academies, and institutions to ensure continuous business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
• A strong network within sports academies, healthcare institutions, or the medical tourism domain is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel across India and abroad.
