Job Title: Business Development Executive Recruitment & Staffing Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Based on Experience & Performance Job Summary: Were looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in recruitment sales to identify new clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth. You’ll be a key player in expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients for staffing services. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and hiring managers. Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Work with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs. Meet and exceed sales targets. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in recruitment. Strong understanding of staffing solutions and recruitment processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred: Experience in B2B sales in staffing. Established HR network in IT, & Non IT staffing.
