Create actionable business strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct extensive research to identify new markets and customer needs Build & manage relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and vendors. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Prepare presentations and Promote companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives Prepare RFP Proposals and Sales Contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules andguidelines. Negotiate/close sales contracts and handle complaints or objections. Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Meeting monthly and quarterly targets. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Analysing market trends Tracking business performance Attend business conferences, exhibitions and industry networking events. Acquire required technology skills and certifications. Allocating and managing companys resources. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople, by effective training, performance reviews and monitoring.
