Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts, answering questions about products or the company, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales. Additionally, you will be entering and updating customer information in the CRM, processing orders accurately, maintaining the sales pipeline, and handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation. Building positive client relationships to grow the business will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential or existing customers using scripts to inform them about products or services - Answer questions about products or the company - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales - Enter and update customer information in the CRM - Take and process orders accurately - Maintain the sales pipeline with precision - Handle grievances to uphold the company's reputation - Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information - Understand ideal customers and their relation to products - Create and maintain positive client relationships Qualification Required: - BBA or MBA (Marketing) Additional Details: - Work Location: Ayodhya, Varanasi - Type: Full-Time - Requirement: Male Candidates Only - Annual CTC: Rs. 4,32,000/- (2.16 LPA Fixed + 2.16 LPA PLI) - Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) - Note: Immediate joiners preferred, 1-year bond required Please ensure you have the following skills and resources: - Sales Experience in ERP - 1+ years of experience as a Telecaller in the software sales industry - Proven track record of positive sales performance - Experience in implementing sales strategies - Experience in customer relationship management, CRM, and Cloud Telephony Tools - Experience in Digital Marketing (optional) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English - Flair for selling and building relationships - Excellent persuasion skills and ability to spot opportunities - Ability to work independently without supervision - Keen sense of using the internet and telephone to connect with customers - Patience and ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations - Dedication to providing excellent customer service Resources required: - Personal laptop - Smart cell phone - Good internet connectivity - Own vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) Skills: - Knowledge of CRM - Experience in Telesales - Good Convincing Power - Good Communication Skills - Prior experience in field sales,
