Role Overview

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales:

• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and handover.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities in IT services and technology solutions.
• Create customized proposals, presentations, and demos tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals in alignment with company goals.
• Ensure seamless coordination with delivery and technical teams for project execution.
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline progress, forecasting revenue accurately.

Client Relationship & Strategy:

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, industry verticals, and geographies.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and business reports to leadership.
• Maintain continuous communication with prospective and existing clients to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 5 - 9 years of experience in business development or sales

  preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
• Proven experience in

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
