What you’ll bring: We’re on the lookout for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager who’s excited to unlock growth opportunities and build lasting partnerships. This role goes beyond just generating leads—it’s about understanding client needs, solving problems, and helping the business expand in meaningful ways. Key Responsibilities: -Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. -Understand client requirements and align them with the company’s services/solutions. -Craft customized proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients and partners. -Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience. -Stay updated with market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments. -Track all interactions and pipeline activity using CRM tools and share regular updates with leadership. -Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to the overall business strategy. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. -MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus. -1–6 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships. -Proven success in achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships. Required Skills: -Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you're a people person and a persuasive storyteller. -Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. -Strategic thinking with an eye for spotting business opportunities. -Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. -Comfortable in both face-to-face and virtual client interactions. -Self-starter with a growth mindset and team-oriented approach.
