Business Development Manager (Fintech)

In this role as an on-site Business Development Manager in the fintech industry in India, your primary responsibility will be to drive end-to-end B2B sales for fintech products. This will involve identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities into revenue. You will also be tasked with building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline using CRM, accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue, and executing territory and account plans targeting banks, merchants, aggregators, and enterprise customers. Furthermore, you will lead commercial negotiations, structure proposals, and close contracts while ensuring margins and compliance. Collaboration with product, onboarding, and operations teams will be essential to ensure smooth integrations, KYC, and go-live for new customers. Additionally, representing the company at industry events, driving channel/partner relationships, and identifying strategic growth opportunities will be part of your role. Qualifications Required: - Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience managing commercial contracts and pricing. - Proven ability to build and manage pipelines using CRM and deliver against sales targets. - Comfortable working on-site across various Indian locations and traveling to customer sites as required.
