Job Title: Business Development Professional, Corporate Events Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate events sector. Generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and vendors. Understand client requirements and propose customized event solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Event Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute successful corporate events. Oversee event planning, budgeting, and execution in coordination with project teams. Ensure all events align with client objectives and deliver an exceptional experience. Market Research & Networking: Stay up dated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event formats. Develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings. Team Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure seamless event execution. Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for man agement review. Key Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in business development for corporate events. Strong network of corporate clients and industry contacts. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies. Knowledge of event budgeting, logistics, and execution processes. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
