Type: Full-time | High-growth opportunity | Competitive base + Uncapped Commissions


Your goal: consistently deliver sponsorship sales of minimum USD 8,000–10,000 per month, while ensuring strong partner satisfaction and repeat business.



  • Manage the complete sponsorship sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and renewals
  • Identify and engage with C-level executives and decision-makers across key industries
  • Understand client objectives and develop tailored sponsorship solutions aligned with their business goals
  • Create and present persuasive proposals that highlight ROI, branding, and networking value
  • Drive multi-channel outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts using Excel tools
  • Collaborate with event production and marketing teams to deliver on sponsor expectations
  • Ensure sponsor satisfaction pre- during, and post-event to encourage renewals and referrals
  • Occasionally attend events (virtually or in person) to strengthen client relationships and finalize deals



  • Achieving or exceeding monthly sponsorship targets minimum (USD 8K–10K)
  • Building a strong pipeline of new and repeat sponsors
  • Delivering value-driven partnerships that lead to long-term collaborations
  • Maintaining clean data and reliable revenue forecasting
  • Generating client satisfaction, testimonials, and referrals



  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in event sponsorships, partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals (USD 50K–100K+)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills — confident with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and tailor solutions to client goals
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the discipline to succeed in a office environment
