We’re expanding our partnerships and looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to help us grow our brand reach and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with

  brands, sponsors, and agencies

  for tournament collaborations.
• Create and pitch

  strategic partnership proposals

  aligned with 4 END ESPORTS objectives.
• Explore and close

  potential revenue streams

  — from rosters, tournaments, and marketing tie-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Work closely with the management team to plan campaigns and events.
• Track and report outreach results, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in

  Sales / Marketing / Esports / Brand Partnerships

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Esports or gaming communities is a plus.
• Self-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
