Job Title Business Development Manager Location India (Hybrid and In-house available, with a focus on European and MENA markets) Terms Permanent (Full-time) Remuneration Competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and benefits. About the Role Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing the entire sales lifecycle for the European and MENA regions. Key Responsibilities - Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the SAP consulting market. - Build and manage a pipeline of high-value accounts to meet revenue targets. - Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and negotiate contracts. - Develop strategic relationships with SAP users, partners, and decision-makers. - Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align sales strategies. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 6+ years of experience in business development, preferably in SAP solutions or IT services. Skills and Competencies - Strong understanding of SAP services (S/4HANA, RISE, etc.). - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. - Proven ability to manage pipelines and close deals. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Freshworks). Additional Skills Experience in European and MENA markets is highly preferred. Working Conditions Hybrid and in-house options are available.
