Internal: Generate and qualify leads for sales opportunities through internal & external resources. Effectively manage customer data and ensure the proper use of data & interactions. Ensure that all sales orders and documentation are processed efficiently and accurately. Provide insights to the Sales & Marketing Manager and support decision-making with accurate sales data and reports. Ensure effective internal communication between various departments to achieve sales goals. Make cold call and Respond to customer queries promptly and provide timely resolutions Assist in the accurate forecasting of sales and management of the sales pipeline. Submit daily visit report to the management and discuss about the opportunities. External: Actively generate new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Regular Field visits to the targeted clients. Convert leads into clients and close sales to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Expand market presence in the assigned region or territory. Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales with clients, ensuring profitable transactions. Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth post-sale process.
