Epoch Elder Care was founded in 2012, as a home care provider to meet the growing needs for elderly care and services in India. Epoch Elder Care focused on companion care, psychological support & home management. Epoch offered services in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Pune to over 400 seniors. Designation - Business Development Manager Location - Two Locations (Gurugram and Pune) Number of Position - 2 Roles and Responsibilities: Create daily lead sources from Doctors | Hospitals | Referral Network | Corporate etc. Screen all leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business. Make outgoing telephone calls to prospective accredited businesses within a designated market area. Drive overall organization and revenue growth through driving walk ins and scheduled B2C qualified leads into viewings | move-in conversions. Reviewing and analyzing all leads from the CRM and ensuring latest up to date lead qualification status all all times. Make sales presentations within established Epoch guidelines and approved Epoch sales script. Conduct through Geo-Mapping and secure appointments with relevant stakeholders in various corporate. Undertake corporate agreements and ensure timely despatch of invoice as well as timely collection of receivables. Be the face of Epoch at all desk setups in the Conferences | Events @ RWA or Corporates Adhere to the Epoch Code of Conduct for Ethics in Business Development. Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective accredited businesses. Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace and within the Epoch system to be able to properly screen prospective accredited businesses.
