Responsible for achieving assigned P/L targets, identifying and developing new growth opportunities while maintaining existing ones. Ensures timely customer collections and oversees the entire B2B sales cycle—from lead generation, qualification, and development to negotiation and closure—managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
· 5 to 10+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, and client meetings within a B2C/B2B environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a results-driven approach.
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the EdTech or education industry, specifically in the Data Science domain.
· Skilled in engaging with diverse clients to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Experience in telephone sales, cold calling, and client meetings, including visits to corporate organizations, government bodies, and educational institutions to drive business growth and manage lead pipelines.
· Basic knowledge of Data Science, Big Data, and AI technologies is an advantage.
· Passionate about sales with a strong ability to convert leads into customers.
· Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets, preferably in the education sector with a focus on Data Science.
· Prior experience in selling software products or services is preferred.
· Technical Skills: Basic understanding of the latest technologies.
· Soft Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication.
