Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting:

    Identify and engage potential clients for digital-marketing projects via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, and industry events.
  • Playbook Development:

    Create and refine digital-marketing sales playbooks, value propositions, and messaging frameworks based on agency-style selling best practices.
  • Discovery & Qualification:

    Lead client conversations to assess marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs; position Tringapps as a strategic partner for marketing and technology integration.
  • Proposal & Solution Design:

    Work with creative, technical, and analytics teams to develop tailored proposals covering scope, methodology, and pricing for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Monitor lead generation, pipeline conversion, and revenue targets; maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM tools.
  • Cross-Sell Initiatives:

    Identify opportunities to upsell digital-marketing services to existing software or T&M clients in coordination with Resident Sales and Project BD teams.
  • Partnership Development:

    Build relationships with marketing-technology vendors and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) to expand service capabilities.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay current on trends in digital advertising, marketing automation, SEO algorithms, and analytics tools to inform business strategy.
  • Thought Leadership:

    Represent Tringapps at industry events and publish insights to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the digital marketing domain.
  • Delivery Alignment:

    Work closely with project delivery and creative teams to ensure client expectations are met and marketing campaigns are successfully executed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8–11 years of experience in business development or client acquisition within a digital-marketing agency or marketing services firm (mandatory).

  • Deep understanding of digital-marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and marketing-automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to pitch and close mid-to-large-scale digital-marketing projects across international markets.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and client retention within agency or consulting environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience working with C-suite marketing decision-makers.
