Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams. The role also involves analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and achieving business growth targets. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Market Analysis Ability to build and maintain client relationships and partnerships Experience in contract negotiation, deal closing, and revenue generation Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets Experience in the CX or SaaS industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
