About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our digital marketing services portfolio, including Video Production, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Web Design & Development, Branding & Design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering customized marketing solutions that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify new business prospects in digital marketing services.

Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their marketing challenges and goals.

Propose tailored digital marketing strategies to maximize brand engagement and lead conversion.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agency partners, and stakeholders.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new offerings.

Prepare compelling proposals and business plans.

Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and service agreements to close deals successfully.

Participate in client pitches, respond to RFPs, and represent the company at industry events.

Ensure smooth project handover to delivery teams and maintain client satisfaction.

Continuously improve sales processes and business development strategies.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

Drive innovation in sales approaches using new technologies, social selling, and digital engagement tactics.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills tailored to marketing clients.

8–10 years of experience in business development within digital marketing services.

Strong preference for candidates with experience in US or UK markets.

Ability to understand client business goals and translate them into effective digital marketing solutions.

Experience working with diverse clients across industries and adapting solutions accordingly.
