Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our IT services domain, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales and client acquisition strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, qualifying, and acquiring new business opportunities in international markets such as USA, Canada, North America, and Europe. - Developing and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable IT service solutions. - Leading the end-to-end sales cycle, which involves prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure. - Collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution. - Preparing and presenting business proposals, sales reports, and revenue forecasts to the management. - Exploring new avenues for growth, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansion. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Overall 6-10 years of experience with at least 5-6 years in IT service-based business development. - Strong background in selling IT services such as web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise solutions. - Proven track record in international client handling, bidding platforms, lead generation, and closing deals. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create and execute growth-driven sales strategies. - Strong negotiation and analytical skills. - Experience in working with CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales reporting. Education: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
