Business drive: Drive sales and achieve targets through the Loan processing unit Map 4-5 loan centres to track every retail loan file before sanction Liaise with Bank regional team for insurance penetration to loans Conducting meeting, update, reviews required for loan coverage business Regular insurance penetration track, update to Bank teams and IndiaFirst regional team Submit monthly penetration tracker to HO and ABH/RBH Sales Support: Coordinate with Branch BDM for penetration and CFR/ANI Relationship Management: The Bank is the key customer of the Business Manager and he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, JV Companys product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any) Product champion: Spearhead training requirements in region/zones mapped to increase mindshare at relevant units Increase visibility at Bank loan centres and regional offices Promoting RnR for channel partner and internal employees to boost insurance penetration to retail loans Lead Generation: Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk-in, data mining, referrals, etc Key Performance Indicators: Achieving sales targets Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales Arranging training programs for bank staff on products and selling skills Increasing productivity of bank branch Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales Target
