Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to fuel Cranberry Design Studio’s growth in the US & Europe markets. The ideal candidate is great at networking, identifying potential clients, and initiating conversations that convert into qualified meetings and long-term business relationships.


You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, arranging sales calls, nurturing prospects, and supporting the overall growth funnel for our digital marketing services (Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Branding, Website Development, etc.)


This role requires someone who is proactive, well-spoken, organized, and genuinely excited about helping international clients discover the value we create.



Key Responsibilities (Core)


1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential clients in US and European markets through Linkedin and other 

• Research industries to shortlist high-intent prospects.

• Build and maintain strong lead pipelines weekly.


2. Arrange Discovery Calls

• Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, or messages.

• Schedule qualified calls for the company’s sales lead/founder.

• Maintain a minimum number of weekly booked calls (KPIs defined internally).


3. Initial Pitching

• Deliver introductory pitches about Cranberry’s services.

• Understand client requirements at a high level before passing to senior team.



Secondary Responsibilities


4. Pipeline Management


• Track lead stages, follow-ups, conversations, notes, and conversions.


5. Email Outreach & Automation

• Create email sequences, send A/B tested campaigns, manage replies.

• Maintain high deliverability and response rate.


6. Market Research

• Identify new industries, niches, and revenue opportunities.

• Track competitor strategies in the US and Europe.


7. Proposal Coordination

• Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and capability decks.

• Ensure timely follow-ups on sent proposals.


8. Networking & Partnerships

• Build relationships with agencies, consultants, and referral partners.

• Explore collaborations with marketing tech platforms.


9. Reporting & KPIs

• Share weekly reports on lead volume, booked calls, conversions, and pipeline strength.

• Present monthly insights and suggestions for improving sales outcomes.



Skill Requirements


Must-Haves

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (neutral accent preferred).

• Experience in lead generation for international markets (US/Europe).

• Knowledge of digital marketing services.

• Strong research mindset and persistence in follow-ups.

• Confident in setting up calls and initiating conversations.


Nice-to-Have


• Understanding of sales funnel metrics.

• Previous agency experience.

• Basic understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo / email scraping tools.



KPIs & Targets

• Number of qualified leads generated weekly.

• Number of booked calls per week/month.

• Conversion rate from lead → qualified meeting.

• Follow-up consistency

• Response rate on email/LinkedIn outreach.
