Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives within the

  Banking and Payments

  segment, focusing on

  wallets, cards, and other digital financial solutions

  .
• Lead and support

  pre-sales activities

  including solution positioning, proposal creation, client presentations, and end-to-end

  RFP management

  .
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and tailor solutions aligned with client requirements and emerging market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  banks, fintech companies, and financial service providers

  across global markets.
• Conduct

  client demos

  , identify opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively to meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the evolving landscape of

  banking technology

  , digital payments, and regulatory frameworks.

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–6 years of total experience

  , with at least

  2 years in a pre-sales role

  focused on

  enterprise applications

  .
• Proven experience in the

  Banking and Payments domain

  , preferably with exposure to

  wallets, card management systems, and fintech platforms

  .
• Prior experience working with a

  Banking Software Vendor

  serving

  global financial institutions

  is strongly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of

  financial software products

  in payments, banking, and fintech ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in

  selling solutions to banks and fintech clients

  .
• Solid understanding of the

  RFP process

  , with hands-on experience managing

  end-to-end proposal and client engagement cycles

  .

• Global exposure

  in dealing with international banks and financial clients.
