Role & responsibilities Identify, engage, and onboard potential companies as clients and partners. Build and manage a sustainable business pipeline via different levers to drive revenue. Negotiating and closing deals on a daily basis. Lead strategic partnerships and execute programs across Asia. Curate and manage corporate sales strategies, revenue strategies, and ongoing client relationships. Oversee adoption of core products: B2B Learning Programs, Privileges Program, and community growth. Preferred candidate profile Exceptional communication across the board- Verbal, written and body language. This is the #1 skill we need. 1-5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effectively communicate the status and progress of business development efforts to the org.
