Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify & develop new business opportunities in construction & real estate sectors.
Build and maintain strong client relations with architects, consultants & developers.
Present companys BIM/Revit capabilities to prospective clients.
Collaborate with technical teams for proposals & tenders.
Negotiate contracts, project scopes & commercial terms.
Promote BIM adoption & digital workflows to clients.
Conduct market research & competitor analysis.
Track sales pipeline, forecasts & growth targets.
Represent the company at industry events & exhibitions.
Support preparation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for tenders.
Provide client feedback to improve technical offerings.
Contribute to annual business planning & expansion goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of construction & BIM/Revit workflows.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Ability to translate BIM/Revit solutions into business value.
Market research & networking capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
