Job Description: Business Development Manager (Female candidates only) Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Andheri (East) Experience: 2-5 years (in sales/business development, preferably in interiors, paint, home decor, or related industries) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, with performance-based incentives Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective strategies and execution. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Lead Generation & Management Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis. Leverage digital and offline channels to drive lead generation campaigns. Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools. Analyze customer data to identify patterns and optimize sales strategies. Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with clients. Market Expansion Identify and explore new markets to expand the company's footprint. Build partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to different customer segments. Present product offerings and customized solutions to prospective clients. Conduct regular client meetings, product demos, and presentations. Reporting & Analysis Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets. Prepare detailed reports on lead conversion, sales performance, and market trends. Provide insights to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency. Customer Focus Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide customized solutions. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in target-based sales, lead generation, and business development. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
