Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for the agency in 

  India and Dubai

   across sectors.
• Pitch agency services: 

  digital marketing, social media management, e-commerce marketing, influencer marketing, SEO, paid media, and brand collaborations

  .
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; manage leads from prospecting to closure.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Key Requirements

• 3–6 years of proven experience in 

  business development / sales

   in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of 

  digital marketing ecosystem

   (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, E-comm).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships across geographies.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel between 

  India and Dubai

   as needed.
