Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions and products accordingly.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
Conduct business presentations, negotiations, and finalize contracts with corporate clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Maintain accurate and updated records of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and client data using CRM tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships across various levels.
Target-driven and result-oriented with a strong sales track record.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Analytical thinker with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
(MBA preferred).
