Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and lead generation. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying and engaging potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts. - Generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings with prospects. - Presenting our services, value propositions, and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure client expectations are met. - Collaborating on developing customized proposals and presentations. - Tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools and maintaining accurate records. - Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the management. - Providing feedback from clients to improve services and identify new market trends. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or IT Sales. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus. - Knowledge of IT and managed services.
