Business Development Manager (BDM)

Business Growth & Strategy Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments. Develop strategies to expand sales of residential, commercial, or land projects. Channel Partner & Broker Development Onboard new brokers, channel partners, and agencies.  Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into bookings. Support in site visits, client meetings, and negotiation.1. Lead Generation & Networking 1. Lead Generation & Networking Identify potential clients (buyers/investors). Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients. Explore new markets for projects. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Convert inquiries into bookings. Handle negotiations & deal closures. 3. Market Research & Strategy Analyze competitor projects & pricing. Recommend effective marketing & sales strategies. Identify customer preferences and trends. 4. Client Relationship Management Ensure customer satisfaction from booking to possession. Address queries, documentation, and follow-ups. Build long-term relations for referrals & repeat sales. 5. Team & Channel Partner Management Recruit, train & guide sales executives/agents. Develop & motivate channel partners for better sales. Monitor team performance against targets. 6. Brand Promotion & Events Participate in property exhibitions, events & site visits. Work with marketing team for digital & offline campaigns. Represent the company in corporate/client meetings. 7. Ability to car drive is an added advantage for client site visits.
